Return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. For online orders, 14 days are counted from the moment the product is received at the post office.

Returns and exchanges are carried out through the delivery service Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta. You can also use the “Easy Return” service from Nova Poshta.

The return and exchange of goods is carried out subject to the following conditions:

1️⃣ Keeping seals and labels in place (not cut).

2️⃣ No signs of wear, dirt, or odors.

3️⃣ Preservation of presentation and consumer properties.

4️⃣ Packaging preservation.
